data-contrast=\"none\">grande exportador de alimentos<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trabalhadores do campo nem sempre acompanhou <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span decretos e Constitui\u00e7\u00f5es, que regulamentavam o trabalho, meramente mencionavam o trabalhador rural e listavam de forma superficial os direitos voltados aos trabalhadores do data-contrast=\"auto\">O trabalho realizado no meio rural n\u00e3o era regulamentado at\u00e9 meados de 1940, quando as primeiras legisla\u00e7\u00f5es come\u00e7aram a surgir. Apesar da exist\u00eancia dessas regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es, os direitos e benef\u00edcios dos trabalhadores rurais brasileiros ainda n\u00e3o eram uma prioridade.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:312}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span aria-label=\"Controle de conte\u00fado rich text\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ao inv\u00e9s disso, <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">as diretrizes se concentravam em estrat\u00e9gias para facilitar o estabelecimento no campo, priorizando, principalmente, os cidad\u00e3os de origem humilde, que tinham menos recursos e condi\u00e7\u00f5es para trabalhar na cidade.<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u200b<\/span><\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:312}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Foi somente em 1963 que leis espec\u00edficas para o trabalho rural foram finalmente previstas, incluindo a previd\u00eancia social rural atrav\u00e9s do <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Estatuto do Trabalhador Rural <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">e do<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.camara.leg.br\/legin\/fed\/decret\/1960-1969\/decreto-53154-10-dezembro-1963-393288-publicacaooriginal-1-pe.html\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Decreto 53.154\/1963<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. Um deles \u00e9 trabalhar menos duas horas por dia sem desconto no seu sal\u00e1rio durante o aviso pr\u00e9vio; outra alternativa \u00e9 o funcion\u00e1rio trabalhar menos dias na semana de acordo com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o do aviso. Essas e outras varia\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o descritas no cap\u00edtulo VI do Decreto-Lei 5.452\/1973, no qual se encontra a Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das Leis do Trabalho.
